- All players must be aged over 55.
- There will be no running from any player.
- There will be no tackling from behind.
- Any player will only be allowed contact with the ball for three successive times during each individual ball possession. He/she must then pass the ball.
- The ball will be out of play when above head height.
- No player other than the goalkeeper is allowed in the goal area.
- The goalkeeper is not allowed outside his own area.
